Controller Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations and drive financial strategy on the manufacturing/fabrication floor.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of A/R, A/P, Payroll, and revenue reporting.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial plans with business objectives.
- This role will involve overseeing some aspects of human resources.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and contribute to long-term business planning and growth initiatives.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible day shift schedule.
Controller Requirements
- 5 years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
- 3 years of leadership experience within accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Some HR experience is needed for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- $130,000-$150,000 annually.
- With annual bonus potential.
