This position offers a great level of independence in this full-time, temp-to-hire role and there is room to advance.

Customer Service Clerk Job Duties
- Inputs customer and sales data into the processing system according to company procedures.
- Develops and maintains detailed written desk instructions covering all major responsibilities.
- May perform additional clerical responsibilities including mail distribution, filing, and general administrative tasks
- Supports the monthly preparation of monthly statistics on customer sales activity and performance; produces graphs and charts as required
- Coordinates requests for service between various departments
Customer Service Clerk Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of general administrative office work in a previous clerical support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude with exceptional attention to detail
- Capability to multi-task and work under pressure of deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Additional Information: This position becomes hybrid (3 days in office; 2 days out of office) upon permanent hire
