Customer Service Tennis Enthusiast Duties
- Answer customer calls while providing excellent customer service and assisting with customer orders, questions, and warranty claims, etc. as needed
- Ensure a high level of product expertise and brand knowledge.
- Support with customer sales credits, returns, and maintaining records
- Work closely with and communicate daily with internal teams while also supporting the Outside Sales Representatives
- Build and maintain relationships with current customers
- Off early EVERY Friday at 3pm
Customer Service Tennis Enthusiast Job Requirements
- Tennis or sporting goods industry experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech savvy and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Proficient computer skills - able to work with database software, internet software, order processing systems, and MS Suite
