In this Electrical Testing Engineer role, you will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance, repair services, and commissioning support on low and medium voltage electrical systems. Electrical Testing Engineer Responsibilities
- Test power transformers, electro-mechanical and solid state relays, cable testing, and automatic transfer switch troubleshooting
- Provide preventative maintenance, repair services and commissioning support for a variety of electrical products (predominantly in data centers)
- Work safely and adhere to all electrical safety core principles and procedures
- Deliver high quality service and customer satisfaction and provide support for the team.
Pay: $55-$65 /hour. Company vehicle included
Senior Field Service Electrical Testing Engineer Requirements
- NETA or NICET certified preferred but not required (will train!)
- 3 years of hands on experience with industrial electrical testing
- Experience with switchgear maintenance
- Experience with Uninterrupted power systems (UPS)
- Ability to troubleshoot/test complex control schematics
- OSHA 30 and/or NFPA 70-E preferred
- Full insurance package including health, dental, and vision
