Manufacturing Associate Job Duties
- Operation of CNC Mills and for sharpening items using grinders
- Count, stack, label and color code parts
- Troubleshoot and adjust machines as needed for product specification
- Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain department cleanliness
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers and other instruments to ensure the part is to specification
- Monday- Friday, 11:00PM- 7:30AM
- New Hire Training schedule: 7:00AM-4:00PM (This can be from 1-3 months)
- Ability to lift materials up to 50lbs into machines
- Some knowledge of Grinder operations preferred
- years of previous experience operating CNC mills
- Experience working with calipers and micrometers?
- $3 per hour shift differential once training is complete
