TERRA Staffing Group is Hiring a Research and Development Technician Near Seattle, WA

As a Research and Development Technician, you will support with production of EV charging stations including assembly, testing and troubleshooting.
You'll succeed in this role if you are a collaborative self-starter that is excited about improving the future of EV fast charging!
Research And Development Technician Job Duties
- Complete production for EV chargers including assembly, testing and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate data and records of production process using ERP and MES software
- Partner with engineers to ensure projects are on schedule and to resolve issues
- Logistics activities including shipping, receiving and QA
- Collaborate with team to educate and recommend process improvements
- 3 years experience in a hands on manufacturing or production role (aerospace experience is a plus)
- Strong computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and be on feet for 8 hours
- Demonstrated commitment to safety with a proven track record of working in environments where safety protocols are paramount.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Opportunities for overtime
Pay: $75,000 - $80,000/year
