Terra is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near Miami, FL

We are hiring for a Contract Administrator to join our Sales Team!

General Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preparing purchase and sales contracts.
  • Responsible for preparing sales status reports.
  • Maintain reports status real time which includes buyer deposits.
  • Maintain contract records in designated folder within server.
  • Support the Inhouse sales team, project manager team and Director of Sales to ensure the project is executed effectively from inception to completion.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of WORD and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of real estate contracts for sales and purchase.
  • Proficiency in common office applications.
  • Good understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and occupational, safety and environmental regulations and law.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
