He has an intellectual disability, autism, and a mental health diagnosis. Experience with dual diagnoses is highly valued for this position.

Meet the Gentleman :

• Interests : He enjoys exploring the internet, train videos, music, Disney, and various shows.
• Needs : He requires direct care services both at home and in the community, follows a strict meal plan, and adheres to a positive behavior plan.
• Personality : He loves going places, staying busy, and being involved in household activities, though he struggles with change.
• Support Required : Assistance with daily living activities, toileting when in the community, meal preparation, and community involvement.

Job Details :

• Training and Support : Provided by a Behavior Specialist.
• Shifts : Flexible hours, afternoons, and early evenings.
• Pay : Starts at $35 per hour. (Please specify how many hours per week.)

Qualifications :

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a CNA, RBT, or NADD certification.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in the disability field.
