Team Leaders assist to manage our team and provide effective guidance. Team Leaders are responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
This position is reserved for passionate team members with a focus on long term growth and development within the cannabis industry and our exemplary organization.
Team Leaders act as the contact point for all team members. This role requires nothing less than excellent customer service and superb communication skills, the Team Lead interacts with patients and staff in a positive, respectful manner.
Team Leaders are expected to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, the Team Leaders lead by example and engage the team to achieve goals.
Rate of Pay - $25.00 to $29.00 an hour based on experience.
