- Lead and manage the fulfillment team to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team environment.
- Execute fulfillment processes, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping, to meet customer demands and company objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as sales, customer service, procurement, and warehouse to ensure alignment and effective coordination of fulfillment activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including carriers, and third-party logistics providers, to optimize collaboration and enhance service levels.
- Act as a key point of contact for escalations and resolutions of fulfillment-related issues, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to address customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Prepare daily reports for senior management, providing insights into fulfillment performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Proven experience (2 years) in a leadership role within fulfillment operations.
- Understanding of logistics processes, and inventory management best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for inventory management and order processing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
