Job DescriptionJob Summary
  • Provides support for ROW Agents including, but not limited to, title review and research, drafting and preparation of various real estate related contracts, researching land rights, proofreading, data entry, completing reports and scanning and filing documents.
Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with title companies to obtain title abstracts for real property affected by corporate projects
  • Review abstracts of title to identify defects that could impact project
  • Prepare and draft various real estate contracts including leases, licenses, easements, access agreements and permit applications
  • Proofread exhibits for accuracy against legal descriptions
  • Research land rights utilizing company records database, GIS applications, assessor records, title companies and courthouses
  • Assist ROW Agents with updating records in Real Estate database, scanning and mailing
Required Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelors in Real Estate/ROW, legal or surveying or 1 years’ experience assistance with real estate transactions or title research
Required Skills
  • Proficient using computer and software applications including MS Office products and GIS applications
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), typing, organizational, analytical and multitasking skills
  • Ability to read and interpret legal descriptions
