Provides administrative assistance and clerical support in an effort to ensure cost-effective measures of the Food and Nutrition Services Department. Ensures optimal lines of communication and promotes effective positive support for various programs in areas of the Food and Nutrition Services Department. Coordinates routine office duties to include keeping records of operational costs, updates associate files, maintains record retention, and maintains proper support documentation. Audits all cash transaction funds, deposits, and prepares financial statements for the cafeteria and vending operations. Other duties include coordinating associate events along with monthly and annual business reports. Qualifications: 1. Associate degree or specialized training from a certified college or community college preferred. 2. 1-3 years previous experience required. 3. Personal computer experience including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred.
