Job Description

The Operations Assistant supports our Landscape Installation and Maintenance operations through data collection and analysis, pre-construction submittals, and material procurement. Specific responsibilities include:

• Processing project submittals to ensure accuracy and timely submission
• Managing project documentation for newly awarded contracts
• Applying for job credit lines with select material vendors
• Sourcing and procuring necessary project materials
• Maintaining schedules for deliveries and installations
• Updating project management software and AIA sheets
• Communicating with subcontractors and processing pay applications
• Coordinating water meter installations
• Securing required permits and requesting line locates onsite
• Drafting Irrigation proposals, using prepared templates
• Tracking revenue production, field labor hours, and change orders
• Submitting check requests
• Building project closeout documentation

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
• Strong communication and math skills
• Minimum five (5) years of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace experience
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly goal-oriented, and deadline-driven environment
