Territory Manager / Outside Sales Rep.

Salary: $70k /-
On Target Earnings in 1st year : $120k-$140k
Location: Southwest Georgia Territory - Local / Day Travel
Job Overview:
The Territory Sales Representative will be in charge of an existing territory in SW Georgia that did 1.5M in revenue last year. They will be the sole distributor of a well-known equipment and parts manufacturer.
They will use their own efforts along with incoming leads to create long term business relationships that can generate consistent, residual revenue streams. Along with growing those relationships to uncover further opportunities to support our clients and networking for other companies in need of a parts supplier.
Qualifications: 5 years in Outside Sales related to manufacturing, industrial products, equipment, aftermarket parts, etc.
- 1 year(s) selling a similar product to compressors, blowers, fans, pumps etc.. used in manufacturing and industrial applications.
- Ability to travel locally to client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quotes and orders, primarily through client interactions (phone/email) and product identification.
- Administrative duties including report writing, product documentation review, attending meetings, and training.
- Work with Sales Engineers on pricing and customizations as needed.
- Manage a territory and grow the companies presence via cold calling, prospecting, onsite meetings, networking events, etc…
