Tesla Laboratories. Inc. is Hiring a Document Declassification Specialist MUST HAVE TS/SCI w Poly Near Washington, DC
- Use High-speed document scanners to digitize highly classified hard copy documents into electronic documents
- Disassemble and prepare documents for scanning
- Verify the readability of the resulting electronic document
- Make necessary adjustments to the scanning machine to ensure readability of electronic documents
- Reassemble hard copy documents for storage
- Tag newly-scanned electronic documents to be searchable by 3 fields
- Work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Function as part of an integrated team sharing products, best practices, and information across the portfolio
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have Active TS SCI Poly
- HS Diploma or GED
- Previous IC experience
- Experience handling highly sensitive documents
- Ability to work under pressure, coordinate multiple assignments at once, and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction from supervisors or clients
- High attention to detail
