The New Process/Product Introduction Technical Project Manager is responsible for the successful roll out of changes to existing products and processes within the Residential Energy Business. They will work closely with engineering, supply chain, demand planning and operations teams to ensure changes are successful. Responsibilities
Serve as key point of contact for all cross-functional changes to existing products/process
Run Change Control Board, meeting with change owners to ensure change have well defined positive business impact prior to leadership review
Run trials, working with operations teams and customer to select candidates. Tracking trials through systems and ensuring they are successful learning opportunities
Support trial data analysis (with change owner) to justify move to full scale launch, manage supersession and update site design tools for successful launch
Create and maintain reports and presentations on a regular basis focused on project schedules and budgets, using data visualization
Engage actively with individuals and multi-functional teams to ensure that projects are done on time and within budget
Implement process improvements and scalability tools in above areas
Requirements
5 years of project management experience in new product introduction
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
Understanding of manufacturing/operations, experience in residential energy is preferred.
Proven ability to operate under pressure with rigid time constraints,
Can track and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, occasionally requiring extended hours
Can work closely with cross-functional departments; Excellent written and verbal skills; Ability to communicate across cultures and geographic regions

Expected Compensation $88,000 - $300,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
