What You'll DoConduct professional telephone conversations to service existing accounts in a high call volume environment Problem-solve and use time effectively to multitask and prioritize work Work well with others in a team setting Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationshipsWhat You'll BringPrevious customer service and sales experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skill Computer keyboard and processing skills Insurance background is required A current Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License required After hire, employees will be required to meet continuing education requirements to maintain their license (comprehensive training will be provided)BenefitsCompensation and BenefitsAlong with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
