BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECH Provides minor routine building maintenance, including painting, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services.
Qualifications

• Must have a safe driving record
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be dependable, hardworking, and a self-starter, and be able to do physical work.
• Must have good communication skills
