Essential Duties: 

• Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of business application software to ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational efficiency
• Participate in the documentation, design, development, configuration, testing and support of the business applications in our technical portfolio
• Working on multiple projects concurrently and/or multiple high priority user support issues simultaneously
• Participates in design reviews and input on software design patterns for maintainability, extendibility, and resiliency
• Participates with functional leads for issue resolution and proactively prevents issue occurrence
• Adhere to TETRA’s standards on change management, problem management, and incident tracking
• Use business experience and problem-solving skills to design and develop customization and integration solutions
• Participates through the software development lifecycle ensuring code management and documentation are followed
• Participates in technical upgrades provided by third-party vendors, testing and deployment of mandated software updates to production environment without impact to business activities and application usage

Requirements:

• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
• EXPERIENCE: 10 years’ experience
• TRAVEL: 5%
• OTHER: Oracle and JDE/E1 experience is preferred
