Essential Duties:

• Prepares consolidate global and regional monthly/quarterly/yearly financial forecasts, budgets and long range plans working with Sales and Operations teams on bottoms-up approach
• Analyzes past, current, and future financial data and operational performance
• Prepares monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting packages to executive leadership teams
• Analyzes financial performance indicators (KPIs) to explain variance from forecast and plan to actuals or within versions of forecasts
• Identifies opportunities to improve returns
• Analyzes potential growth opportunities within region and current product lines as well as new opportunities
• Develops standardized reporting that will help drive business decisions
• Prepares and tracks all capital expenditure requests, including financial and strategic return metrics
• Distributes flash revenue and EBTIDA results to give an early indicator of results compared to latest forecast
• Responds to ad-hoc inquiries regarding financial results and analysis requests
• Manages the financial reporting / budgeting / consolidation systems to meet business needs
• Responsible for management and creation of key financial reports to meet various business needs (current and future)
• Evaluates new market opportunities through potential asset acquisition, M&A or divestitures of current businesses (portfolio optimization)
• Leads global ad hoc requests for detail project analysis with various global product line and regional managers, as needed
• Assists operations and engineering product development team with financial modeling of new opportunities, including P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet financial models and market segmentation analysis
• Supports Global Asset Management team in financial reviews, utilization metrics analysis, asset policies reviews and updates and asset disposition assessments
• Leads and distributes monthly Unsigned Delivery Ticket and DSO reports to area management teams in order to accelerate collection efforts

Requirements:

• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Finance or Accounting (MBA a plus)
• EXPERIENCE: 4-6 years of relevant financial experience
• TRAVEL: 5-10%
• OTHER: Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills. Experience in computerized accounting systems, financial modeling, budgets, operations analysis, and management reporting
• LOCATION: The Woodlands, Texas

This individual will primarily work in the office although field operational visits may be necessary from time to time. TETRA promotes a Flex schedule with 1 flex day per week to accommodate everyone’s balanced schedule.
