$30-$33 per hour depending on experience
LOOKING FOR:
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • One to two years of related experience completing federal and state tax returns including but not limited to Form 940 and 941
  • Experience in setting up or renewing state unemployment or state withholdings
JOB DESCRIPTION:This role will provide support in maintaining compliance and the completion of Federal, State, and local tax returns, tax registration and assist with tax planning projects that are coordinated with third-party service providers. The Tax Admin is responsible for researching and summarizing US, state, and local tax issues, and assisting with the preparation of local sales tax returns, employment data reporting, and reconciliation of payroll tax activities, including compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Additional responsibilities include gathering and analyzing and gathering data for internal and external audits. And will keep management well informed of activities and significant problems.
