We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at a franchised 7-Eleven store in the DFW area. ## Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Manage staff, including scheduling, training, and development
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Handle payroll
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
## Experience
- Previous experience in retail/convenience store sales and shift management
- Proficiency in inventory management and pricing strategies
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
