Job TitleFresh TRAYS Program Coordinator II Agency Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service Department Family And Community Health Proposed Minimum SalaryCommensurate Job LocationCollege Station, Texas Job TypeStaff Job Description The Program Coordinator II, under general supervision, works collaboratively with leadership to plan, develop and implement assigned programs. Responsibilities: · Assists in establishing short- and long-term goals for strategic planning and reporting. · Coordinates and helps implement program events such as conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings, and workshops. · Collaborates with others to create new and expanded program resources, as needed. · Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders. · May supervise program staff. · Oversees daily fiscal and purchasing activities and assists in preparation and monitoring of budgets for programs and events. · Assists in identifying funding opportunities. · Plans, implements, and supports evaluation of programs. · Assists in establishing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. · Prepares reports on program activities. · Other duties as required. Required Education and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Four years of related experience. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: · Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. · Good verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Continued employment in this position is contingent upon availability of funding. All positions are security-sensitive.
