Responsibilities: · Assists in establishing short- and long-term goals for strategic planning and reporting. · Coordinates and helps implement program events such as conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings, and workshops. · Collaborates with others to create new and expanded program resources, as needed. · Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders. · May supervise program staff. · Oversees daily fiscal and purchasing activities and assists in preparation and monitoring of budgets for programs and events. · Assists in identifying funding opportunities. · Plans, implements, and supports evaluation of programs. · Assists in establishing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. · Prepares reports on program activities. · Other duties as required. Required Education and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Four years of related experience. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: · Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. · Good verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
