As the Director of Mays Business School’s Master of Science in Marketing Program, you’ll find this position very rewarding as you monitor trends in higher education and relevant industries to identify opportunities for students, program innovation and recruitment ensuring the success of both the in-person and online programs which emphasize cutting-edge marketing concepts, tools, and techniques in real-world business settings. Your affinity for metrics and database applications will be gratified as you manage budgets and allocate resources effectively; collaborating with our award-winning faculty to design/update curriculum and implement mechanisms to ensure we provide an exceptional caliber of superior education to our students. Innovative ideas will assist you as you collaborate implementing strategies to increase the student enrollment of both programs. Your Opportunity to Contribute Program Management – online program Program Management – in-person program Student Admission & Recruitment Student Support Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in applicable field and 10 yrs related experience in management is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of database applications is also required. An exceptional candidate may also have a Master’s Degree in an applicable field with some experience in higher education administration and/or experience in degree program administration.
