Minimum qualifications for an HR Generalist II: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and one full years of HR Generalist related experience. Minimum qualifications for an HR Generalist III: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and three full years of HR Generalist related experience. The well-qualified candidates would possess the following: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related field; Medium to strong experience as a Human Resources generalist Experience with Workday or related Human Capital Management (HCM) application. Minimum qualifications for an HR Generalist I: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and no prior HR Generalist experience required. Minimum qualification for an HR Generalist IV: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and five full years of HR Generalist related experience. *Compensation and classification is based on the analyses of the above qualifications during the recruitment process. The HR Generalist will provide Human Resources and Payroll support to customers in the creation, posting and processing of Human Resources actions in Workday or related systems. Maintaining personnel records, processing payroll and preparing HR documents for approval and processing will be core of your daily work. If you are already a Human Resources Professional with broader experiences, your responsibilities include providing guidance on university, state and federal rules, laws and requirements for Human Resources and Payroll. Providing feedback and working with Central HR to develop and amend policies and processes and providing training, mentoring and team leadership will allow you to contribute at your level of expertise. You will acquire and maintain your expertise in Human Resources laws, regulations and guidelines.
