The Bush School of Government and Public Service is seeking a Sr. Administrative Coordinator II, to coordinate complex administrative support for our Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs. You’ll use your passion for managing processes; demonstrating your attention to detail ensuring document accuracy with appropriate routing as you provide administrative support for our faculty reviews and coordination of faculty hiring. Acting as the primary liaison between school-level leadership, departments, and university administration, you will utilize your gifts of communication, discretion, and independent judgement along with your talents in correspondence and scheduling. Your expertise in compiling faculty data for reporting purposes coupled with your organization skills will be challenged as you maintain faculty files and daily demonstrate your acute discretion regarding matters of confidentiality. QualificationsThis opportunity requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience along with seven years of experience in office administration.
