Responsibilities: Drive revenue through origination of High Yield, Term Loan B and Private Credit financing opportunities Managing a team of VPs, Associates and Analysts to prepare pitches and execute LevFin transactions Daily relationship building with CEOs, CFOs, financial sponsors and institutional investors Presenting transactions to credit and underwriting committees Qualifications 8 years investment banking experience including leveraged finance and private credit origination Significant transaction experience with preference for Lead Left originations and executions Ability to analyze credit documentation including credit agreements and HY indentures Strong technical and interpersonal skills Proven ability to originate new business based on relationships and idea generation The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
