Develop Public Finance business with governments, healthcare, higher education, other non-profits, project finance and other municipal issuers. Work closely with Texas Capital Bank professionals who cover the above sectors. Manage junior professionals, as needed. Collaborate with the credit and risk teams to determine the best use of balance and other resource deployment. The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification. The essential functions of individual positions with the classification may differ. Texas Capital may assign reasonably related additional duties to individual employees consistent with departmental policy Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field/experience required. Minimum 10 years of Public Finance experience. Minimum of two years experience at the Executive Director level, guiding and leading , VPs and junior talent. Proven ability to generate revenue over a multi-year period. Requisite quantitative and analytical skills necessary to have meaningful client interaction and ability to execute transactions as senior banker. Knowledge of Public Finance credit and rating agency process. Solid understanding of the broader debt capital markets. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to communicate with all levels of employees, management, internal committees and clients. Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office products (Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint). FINRA licenses required, or will need to be secured within 120 days of employment.
