MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduation from an accredited senior or high school or equivalent or
GED.
2. Four years full-time, wage-earning experience in meat processing
operations or packing plant operations
**or**
six years full-time, wage-earning experience in any production or
manufacturing operation.
Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an
organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education
Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of
Education (USDE) with a major in Agriculture, Food Science, Industrial
Technology, or a related field may be substituted for two years of the
required experience.
3. One year full-time, wage-earning experience in the supervision of
employees or inmates
4. Correctional custody or law enforcement experience preferred.
**The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will
be $5,134.14.**
