We are looking for full-time Training Facilitation Specialist to add to our team! All you need is a High School Diploma (Bachelors Degree in Child and Family Services field preferred). A minimum of two years of experience in creating, maintaining, and presenting training programs or facilitating meetings is required.. We will teach you the rest!
A Day in The Life as a Training Facilitation Specialist
As a Training Specialist, you will provide support both initially and ongoing to 2Ingage employees with obtaining the foundation of their work with children and families. Training Specialists assist with ensuring that 2INgage employees are compliant on the necessary trainings from Licensing, Department of Family and Protective Services, and the Council on Accreditation. Training Specialists work as part of a team to access resources, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of people’s lives.
