Fast-paced, high volume Medical Surgical Unit is looking for top skilled PCT.Is that you?
Work location : Texas Health Frisco 12400 N Dallas Parkway, Frisco, TX 75033
Work hours : PRN / As needed : Variable Day shifts 7 : 00am 7 : 00pm with rotating weekends and holiday requirements.
Medical Surgical Department highlights :
- PCT ratio 1 : 10 or 1 : 15
- Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team
- The professional PCT exhibits understanding of basic human needs
- Self-scheduling that helps with work / life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth
- Will float as needed between Medical Surgical and Surgical Inpatient units
