WORK LOCATION : Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231
DEPARTMENT : Radiology CT Scan
WORK HOURS :Full time for 36 hours a week. Fri-Sun 7p-7a .
DEPARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS :

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Education :
•Other - Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology required or
•Associate degree preferred.
•Other - CLIAFE; Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required.
Experience :
•1-year radiologic technician experience w/out ARRT - CT required or
•No experience w/ ARRT - CT
Licenses and Certifications :
•ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologist, R, upon hire required and
•ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic, CT, w/no radiology technician experience upon hire or
•ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologist, CT, w/1 year radiology technician experience within 12 months of hire and
•CMRT - Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist, either by TDH or TMB, upon hire and
•BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required.
SKILLS :
•Imaging Quality and Processing:
•Explains procedures to patient or guardian / family member if applicable prior to exam.
•Performs complex procedures including age related criteria and developmental considerations.
•Assists radiologist with complex and invasive procedures using aseptic technique.
•Correctly sends and transfers images to PACS.
