Medical Office Receptionist
Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Medical Office Receptionist
Work location: 6130 West Parker Road MOB 1 - Suite 306Plano, Texas 75093
Work environment: Family Care
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Friday, (745am - 530pm)

Here's What You Need:
•High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
•Six months of Healthcare experience in a clinical setting, or Customer Service experience in a clinical setting or office environment (PREFERRED)
What You Will Do:
•Perform a variety of general administrative support duties associated with the patient intake process and perform routine duties within the clinic
•Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
•Schedule appointments according to office guidelines
•Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductible amounts
•Prepare charts for patients' appointments making sure all necessary information is complete
