The HTM Imaging department at Texas Health Resources is looking for a top skilled Xray Service Engineer II.Is that you?
**Sign-On Bonus for Eligible New Hires**
Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth: 1301 Pennsylvania Ave Fort Worth, Texas 76104
Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour) Day Shift
Sign-on bonus: for eligible Xray Service Engineer II's (eligible upon hire with a signed retention agreement)

•75% local travel between THR hospital facilities and clinics
•In-House service engineer supporting Diagnostic Imaging Equipment including Mammography and Bone Density

Here's What You Need
Education
•High School Diploma or Equivalent required And
•Associate's Degree Associates of Applied Science in Biomedical Technology, Electronics, Information Technology Management, or related field required Or
•Other Successful completion of military BMET training required
Experience
•5 years servicing diagnostic imaging systems (preferably in hospital setting) required
Licenses and Certifications
•DL - Drivers License Valid Texas driver's license with acceptable driving record upon hire required And
•Other Completion of Networking Foundation Course 2 years required And
•Other Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET), Certified Laboratory Equipment Specialist (CLES), or Certified Radiology Equipment Specialist (CRES) upon hire preferred And
•Completed OEM technical training in diagnostic imaging to include radiology, mammography, CT, ultrasound, networking, PACS, and/or DICOM preferred
What You Will Do
Technical Service
•Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) inspections, scheduled maintenance, electrical safety inspections (ESI), and operation verification procedures (OVP) on complex and intricate imaging equipment
•Repair, install, and calibrate complex and intricate imaging equipment
•Inform lead of the status of repairs, scheduled inspections, unusual equipment situations, and any customer concerns
Regulatory Compliance
•Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the equipment database to include the inventory, performance assurance (PA) schedules, nomenclature, and service history
•Adheres to the Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP), including all regulatory agency compliances and other applicable policies and procedures
•Responsible for ensuring all service and documentation is complete, timely, and accurate
Account Relationship Management
•Build and maintain customer relationships
•Discuss equipment status and functionality with clinicians
•Adheres to the Mission, Vision, and Values of the organization(s) served.
Inventory
•Perform periodic inspections of current inventory status
•Verify the completion of security analysis for new customer equipment
•Performs Incoming Inspections (II) to maintain a complete and accurate inventory of medical devices, including trial and evaluation, rental, and loaner equipment in addition to permanently assigned equipment inventory.
