- Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team
- Fast-Paced, high-volume department averaging 75 surgeries/day
- Level I Trauma Candidate performing high-acuity and intense surgical procedures capable of providing excellent clinical experience to the new hire.
- Robotics, Complex spine and ortho trauma, and intricate plastic surgery cases are the highlight of surgical offerings at THFW
