Role and Responsibilities:

• 🚑 Assist in all aspects of invasive cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab.
• 📊 Manage patient care from transport to procedure through recovery, maintaining meticulous records and communication.
• 📋 Ensure effective communication within the team, using structured handoff protocols to enhance patient safety and care continuity.
• 🤝 Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes for patients and their families.
• 🔄 Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a high-stress environment, readily adapting to emergent situations.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Associate’s Degree in nursing required, Bachelor’s preferred.
• ❤️ Current nursing license and good standing required. Specific credentials in Cath Lab nursing highly preferred.
• 💼 Minimum 2-3 years of Cath Lab experience or 5 years in a high acuity setting such as ICU.
• 🚑 Required certifications: BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• 🕒 Shift: 12-hour shifts, Daytime with rotational weekend and holiday call.

Here are the hourly pay ranges for different experience brackets:

1. 0-5 years: $38.79 - $42.68
2. 6-10 years: $43.95 - $49.25
3. 10-15 years: $49.25 - $53.68
4. 15-20 years: $53.68 - $56.74

• Evening Shift Differential : $2.75/Hour
• Night Shift Differential : $4.65/Hour
• Weekend Shift Differential : $2.50/Hour
• On-Call : $4.50/Hour

• Techs : Additional $1.00/hr
