Job Title: Registered Nurse, Med/Surg

Shift: Full-Time, Days and Nights - Weekend Rotation

Salary: $59,072-$88,608/year based on experience

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg team in Augusta, GA. As a Med/Surg RN, you will collaborate with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to assess, evaluate, plan, implement, and coordinate a treatment plan to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This is a full-time position with day and night shifts, including weekend rotations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall accountability and responsibility for assigned patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Manage the efficient flow of patient care, including screening, exam preparation, providing general nursing care and comfort, and coordinating admissions, testing, and discharges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including posting test and examination results.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Instruct patients and their families regarding medications and treatment plans.
• Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls, including phone triage when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing. An associate degree in nursing or higher is required.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where you practice, and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification is required.
• This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state, and/or federal laws or regulations, unless a medical or religious exemption is approved.

Relocation: We offer a relocation assistance package of $5,000 for candidates relocating over 250 miles and $2,500 for candidates relocating over 50 miles.

Sign-On Bonus: We are offering a sign-on bonus of $15,000 to qualified candidates.
