Job Title: Med/Surg Registered Nurse

Shift: Full-Time, Days & Nights > 12 Hour Shifts / Weekend Rotation

Salary: $58,718-$88,088/year based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall accountability and responsibility for assigned patients, providing comprehensive care throughout their stay.
• Manage the efficient flow of patient care, including screening, preparation for exams, providing general nursing care and comfort, and arranging admissions, testing, and discharges.
• Maintain and review patients' records, including posting tests and examination results.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
• Instruct patients and their families regarding medications and treatment plans.
• Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls, including phone triage when needed.

Requirements:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse with a valid license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, associate degree in nursing, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a Med/Surg setting.

Relocation Assistance: $5,000 for candidates relocating over 250 miles. $2,500 for candidates relocating over 50 miles.

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 sign-on bonus.
