Role and Responsibilities:
- 🌙 Full-Time Night Shift (7p-7a) with Weekend Rotation
- 👩⚕️ Provide comprehensive nursing care in the ICU, adhering to established protocols and standards
- 📊 Assess and reassess patient conditions, initiate care plans, and manage discharge planning from admission
- 💡 Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- 🗣️ Utilize effective communication skills to meet patient and family needs and enhance the patient experience
- 🎓 Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 📜 Must hold a current RN license in Georgia or a compact state
- ❤️ Current CPR certification; ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- 🚑 Preferably with acute or critical care experience
