📋 Job Summary:Responsibilities
As the Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the 24/7 operations of our clinical nursing unit(s). Your role includes:

• 🏥 Administering, planning, and evaluating department activities to ensure top-quality patient care.
• 📝 Developing goals, policies, and procedures.
• 👩‍⚕️ Managing staffing patterns with the support of Assistant Nurse Managers and House Supervisors.
• 📈 Participating in the Quality Improvement process.

🧾 Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you need:

• 🌴 Florida RN licensure.
• 🎓 Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 👩‍⚕️ At least one year of management experience.
• 🚑 ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certifications required.
• 💉 Full COVID-19 vaccination based on local, state, and federal regulations.
