Job Summary: Responsibilities
- Provide nursing leadership for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and safety.
- ⚕️ Collaborate with physicians and other departments to coordinate patient needs and ensure quality care.
- Manage resources responsibly in a fiscally prudent manner.
- Initiate and evaluate patient care using performance improvement processes.
- Support the facility's mission and vision, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Minimum 3 years of manager/charge experience and 2 years of staff nurse experience in acute care units required.
- Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Missouri as a registered nurse.
- Certifications in area of specialty, BCLS, and ACLS required and to be maintained.

- Level I Trauma Center with collaborative support from PCTs, LPNs, and Charge Nurses.
- ️ No weekend shifts required.
