Texas Regional Bank is Hiring a CRM Project Manager Near Harlingen, TX

Position SummaryThe CRM Project Manager (CRM-PM) is responsible for the planning and execution of projects and initiatives, gathering requirements, managing workflows, and communicating issues and status using sound judgement and strong interpersonal skills, with a particular focus on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The role includes managing selection, implementation, and configuration of various external systems, including training, rollout, and measuring post-implementation effectiveness. The execution of the projects is typically done with one or more teams that the CRM-PM works with. The CRM-PM will communicate in various formal and informal methods to convey project status, issues, conflicts, and risks. The CRM-PM will work with various business stakeholders to plan projects and ensure that the implementation aligns with business objectives. The CRM-PM is highly aware of the business needs and requests. The CRM-PM will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to bank objectives.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
  • Lead each project, including the CRM project, from conception to completion.
  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
  • Define resource requirements and manage resource availability and allocation with department managers.
  • Manage the creation of Risk Assessments and Software Selection Recommendations.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
  • Prepare detailed project plans to schedule key project milestones, workflows, and activities.
  • Ensure that all required sub-projects and activities are identified, planned, and managed.
  • Consult with users, managers, and developers to determine hardware and software specifications.
  • Design workflow, user interfaces, and data models to support and guide software development and/or configuration.
  • Create system documentation and coordinate testing for internal software development efforts.
  • Prioritize projects and resources based on business value.
  • Track projects and provide regular reports on project status to project team and management.
  • Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and communicate risks with management.
  • Manage the project team relationship and communication with management and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively.
  • Lead initiatives and cross-team projects with little guidance, focused on tactical time frames.
  • Understand underlying architecture of owned development and communicate it to non-technical parties.
  • Integrate knowledge of product vision and functionality into development efforts to ensure business needs are fulfilled with the technical solution.
  • Manage to established KPIs and targets.
  • Maintain an objective, fact-based perspective and encourage teams to display transparency on status.
  • Teach others about existing concepts, tools, and processes.
  • Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all team members are actively working toward established milestones.
  • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and updates post-rollout.
  • Seek to reduce friction points and create quality experiences.
  • Think and act like an entrepreneur. Be able to make decisions and assume accountability.
Other Responsibilities
  • Schedule project meetings and maintain regular meeting schedules.
  • Delegate tasks and provide reminders to task deadlines.
  • Understand and enforce IT policies and procedures.
  • Be informed of and up to date on applicable regulations as they relate to projects.
  • Respond to inquiries from staff, service providers and outside vendors as it relates to projects.
  • Support and promote the Bank vision, mission and core values, organizational structure and policies and procedures.
  • Provide a strong, compassionate, and visible leadership which fosters positive attitudes and trust among employees, customers, and prospects.
  • Comply with federal and state regulations as well as all established Bank policies and procedures.
  • Develop and mentor rising talent in the technology department.
  • Support and promote the Bank vision, mission and core values, organizational structure and policies and procedures.
  • Remain highly focused, able to rapidly determine key priorities, clearly communicate the priorities and ensure resources are properly aligned.
  • Provide a strong, compassionate, and visible leadership, which fosters positive attitudes and trust among employees, customers, and prospects.
  • Comply with federal and state regulations as well as all established Bank policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education And Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Compute Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience managing CRM systems.
  • Proven track record of successful project management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM technology and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Possess excellent analytical, observational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for maintaining effective relationships with Board members, officers, employees, and members of the business and civic community.
  • Individual should be able to work under high pressure situations and in a stressful atmosphere yet be able to remain composed.
  • Must be able to be physically present in the Bank to perform job duties.
Additional Desired Qualifications
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Knowledge of Agile Project Management Methodology.
  • Experience in the banking sector is a plus but not required.
