Texas Southwest Floors is Hiring a Customer Service Associate Near Carrollton, TX
Texas Southwest Floors is a multi-family flooring company, in business for 24 years plus, featuring brand name carpet, flooring, and granite countertops.
We are seeking individuals that want to work in a busy office that are dependable, professional, detail oriented and able to offer great customer service to our customers.
Job duties but not limited to manage:
- Entering Orders
- Assisting customers
- Preparing paperwork
- Scheduling Orders
- Maintain office records on a daily basis
- Work with Sales Team
- Follow up with customers
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Computer knowledge - working knowledge of Word/Excel/Microsoft and other office applications
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Must have a positive attitude
HOURS: Monday-Friday 7:00-6:30 (40 hours weekly busy season). The schedule will be rotating through a team of 5 for Saturday. Excellent Benefits

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
