Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities maintenance and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Duties:
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks such as repairing, fabricating, and welding.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot problems.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
- Oversee leadership responsibilities for maintenance projects.

Experience:
- Proficiency in using tools such as ohmmeters, welders, and fabrication equipment.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
