Job Description 

Texas Standard is Texas’ clothing brand for gentlemen, born to bring Texans quality gear of their own while giving back to the state it calls home. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the brand's social media presence, email marketing, marketing research, exploring new marketing channels, and helping to develop and execute the marketing strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead collaboration with the content team to develop advanced marketing collateral, including high-impact email campaigns and comprehensive blog posts.
• Oversee A/B testing and optimization of complex email campaigns, flows, and customer journeys to significantly enhance engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
• Strategically manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook) by creating and curating high-quality content, responding to messages, and monitoring engagement for optimal results.
• Develop, execute, and refine sophisticated data-driven marketing strategies that align with our brand vision and precisely target our audience.
• Analyze, interpret, and report on detailed marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversions, ROI, customer acquisition, and retention rates, to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and best practices.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on industry trends, social media, and e-commerce best practices, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Advanced analytical skills and extensive experience using marketing analytics tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in e-commerce website management (Shopify) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Deep passion for fashion and a keen eye for design, with the ability to predict and capitalize on trends.
