Major/Essential Functions
This position is for July-August only.
- General office work including answering phone calls, scanning, and typing.
- Answer general questions about the SON programs.
- Direct callers and guests to appropriate resources as needed.
- Provide additional support to Coordinators and Coaches within the SON Student Affairs Office.
- Assist with orientation and other event set-ups.
- Work regularly with Microsoft Office and other computer programs. Running errands inside and outside the building.
Required Qualifications
A student enrolled in at least 6 hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Available to work 15-20 hours between 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday for a summer position (July-August).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing setting.
- General computer skills including Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
Pay Statement
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan website.
