As a Service Advisor at our auto hail repair center (located in Northwest Dallas), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the repair process. Duties, requirements, recap are as follows:

Duties:

• Greeting customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.
• Scheduling estimate, intake, and delivery appointments, coordinating rental car delivery/pickup, and maintaining the shop calendar.
• Explaining our repair process, including insurance claims processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, and estimated repair durations.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on the status of their repairs and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborating with the Estimator to review repair cost estimates, ensuring compliance with company and insurance guidelines.
• Handling insurance communications regarding estimate negotiations and repair updates.
• Obtaining necessary authorizations, completing proper paperwork, and managing the final customer packet prior to vehicle delivery.
• Collecting and recording payments for completed repairs and soliciting customer reviews upon delivery.
• Performing follow-up sales calls on unsold estimates and managing the rental fleet's make-ready process and data entry.
• Assisting in other duties as needed, such as washing cars, cleaning the shop, and supporting team members.

General Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• STRONG leadership skills (must be able to describe related positions/situations)

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 1-3 years experience with/in the following: customer service, auto body shop, collision shop, discussing claims, explaining repair process, estimating, using CCC1, liaising with insurance companies
• management experience preferably in automotive industry (not required but a plus)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm and every Saturday from 10am-2pm
