Duties :
Analyze safety methods are in practice within the operation of the area.
- Analyze equipment operation and report discrepancies daily to the management team.
- Ability to gather data from the KODIS/TMOM system and analyze results.
- Analyze downtime, up time and errors with recommendations to management team.
- Promote production by recommending solutions to issues noted on the data collection reports.
- Train other production teams on advanced issues or errors to fix downtime issues.
- Ability to quickly communicate issues based on previous production runs for immediate results.
- Ability to analyze maintenance issues, report downtime results and how it relates to the production runs.
- Report consumption rates of each line and production results.
- Offer Solutions and recommendations for areas within production to increase areas of downtime, maintenance, raw materials, etc.
- Analysis of raw materials and report if there are relative problems and recommend or assist with solutions.
- May work with 3rd party vendors on line assessments and repairs.
- Organize new product runs and reporting.
- Assist Production Team with Trial runs based on customer requests. May lead trials as a team.
- Minimum of 3 years experience within the converting machine line Rewinder or Packaging.
- Know, understand, and comply with all safety, operating and technical procedures within assigned area.
- Minimum 4 years additional work experience, degree can substituted for experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business, statistic, etc. preferred.
- Advance skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to organize and manage time efficiently.
- Strong Attention to Details and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze data.
