Role Description:

Join our team at Texas Traditions Roofing as a full-time Financial Controller based in Georgetown, TX. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance. Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a crucial role in financial decision-making and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial statements and reports, ensuring they accurately reflect the financial condition of the company.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Proven analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide informed insights.
• Experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• CPA certification or relevant advanced degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
