Texland Collision is an automotive collision repair center in Midland, Texas. Our store goal is getting our customers back on the road right, on time, every time.

Collision Repair Estimator
Right now, we're looking for highly talented, dedicated, and quality-focused teammates to help get our customers back on the road. Individuals applying for the position must be able to meet daily task goals with satisfactory customer service listed below.

- Estimate all drive-in appointments and review estimate and repair process with customer.

- Provide communication on status of repairs with customer during repair process.

- Work directly with customer's insurance company for approval on repairs.

- Prepare final paperwork for customer prior to delivery.

- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair.

The potential teammate must have the right personality and attitude to communicate with customers daily. General knowledge of vehicles is a plus but not a must. Strong computer skills or fast learning curve of software is encouraged. This is a fast-paced position with a fast-growing company in an industry that is always evolving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $850.00 - $2,250.00 per week
